A top that does the dressing up
With jeans and a going out top, the top does the work, so pick the one detail you want to show. The ruffle blouse has the deepest rating pool here and puts the interest at the shoulder. The asymmetrical hems and the off-shoulder tee move it to the neckline and the waist, and the halter cowl neck shows the shoulders.
Fitted tanks and ruched tops are viscose or polyamide with elastane, so they stretch and hold. The button-front vest top is polyester with only 4 percent elastane and a lining, so size it like a blazer.
