What KIRUNDO makes

The range sits on seven shelves. Dresses are the largest: smocked and floral maxis, tiered babydolls, satin and tulle for evenings, ribbed knit sweater dresses. Sweaters and cardigans are the second, from striped turtlenecks to chunky cable open front cardigans.

Around them sit tops and blouses, matching lounge sets and sweatsuits, blazers and pant suit sets, jumpsuits, and pants and skirts. Most styles come in several colors, and some come in a dozen or more.

Who KIRUNDO is for

You, if your calendar does not fit one dress code. The same wardrobe has to cover a Monday at a desk, a Saturday ceremony and a Sunday on a plane, and it has to do that without a new size chart for every piece.

The sizes run XS to XXL, a US 0 to 20, so the range fits most women who shop in regular sizes. If you wear above a US 20, the range is not cut for you, and we would rather say so here than after an order.

How KIRUNDO sizes read

Every letter size has a US size attached: S is 4 to 6, M is 8 to 10, L is 12 to 14, XL is 16 to 18. Most product pages print that count next to the size list, and the size guide collects it for the whole range.

A few shapes change the advice. Smocked and elastic waist pieces stretch to fit, so your usual size is right. Blazers and fitted tops depend on the shoulders and chest, so if you sit between two sizes, go up.

What is on the label

Each product page lists the fabric content from the label, the lining where there is one, and the care line. Polyester, viscose and elastane blends make up most of the range, cotton carries the eyelet and crochet pieces, and acrylic and polyamide carry many of the knits.

Many knits say hand wash only. That instruction is on the label for a reason, and the fabric care guide explains the symbols you will find there.

Every style on this site has a shopping button. It opens the piece at our retail partner, where you choose the size and color and check out. Payment, delivery and returns, including an exchange for size, are handled there, not on this site.
